How to Participate and Eligibility
You can participate in the raffle on PI's Pulp & Breakfast event days: March 11, 2025, March 12, 2025, March 21, 2025, and March 27, 2025.
Anyone who submits a membership application through the form on the Finnish Forest Products' Engineers Association's website on the above-mentioned days will be entered into the raffle for a PI thermos bottle.
However, employees of the Finnish Forest Products' Engineers Association and employees of companies involved in organizing this raffle, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate.
The organizer reserves the right to disregard any entries that do not comply with these terms.
Raffle Draw and Prize Delivery
The prize will be drawn among all eligible participants on the day following each event (March 12, 2025, March 13, 2025, March 22, 2025, and March 28, 2025). The organizer will contact the winner, and the prize delivery will be arranged separately with them.
Prize
A total of 4 PI thermos bottles will be raffled.
Prize Terms and Conditions
Each person can participate in the raffle only once. The organizer has the right to disregard any entries that do not comply with the rules. The winner will be contacted via email.
If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, or if the prize notification or the prize itself cannot be delivered to the winner by April 30, 2025, for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer is not obligated to deliver the prize or offer any compensation. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. The organizer is responsible for all costs related to the raffle.
Organizer's Liability
The organizer’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the prize mentioned in these rules. The organizer is not responsible for any technical errors affecting the raffle or any identified misuse.
Other Terms
By participating in this raffle, participants agree to comply with these rules. The organizer reserves the right to make changes. Participants’ contact details will be stored in PI's membership register.
