How to participate and eligibility
The raffle is open for participation from 14th to 31st January 2025.
Each member or student who responds to PI’s survey and provides their email address will enter the raffle for two €100 Delicard gift cards.
However, employees of PI and employees of companies involved in organising this raffle, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate. The organiser reserves the right to disregard any entries not made in accordance with these rules.
Conducting the raffle and awarding the prize
The prize will be drawn among the participants and winners contacted by 10th of February 2025. The organiser will contact the winner, and the delivery method of the prize will be agreed with the winners.
Prize
Two €100 Delicard gift cards will be raffled.
Conditions associated with the prize
One person can only enter the raffle once. The organiser has the right to disregard any entries not made in accordance with the rules. The winner will be contacted via email or phone.
If the participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information or if the prize notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons not attributable to the organiser by 28th February 2025, the organiser is not obliged to provide the prize or any equivalent compensation to the winner. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. The organiser of the raffle will cover all costs related to the raffle.
Organiser's liability
The organiser's liability is limited to the euro value of the prize specified in these rules. The organiser is not responsible for any errors in the raffle due to technical reasons or detected misuse.
Other terms
By participating in this raffle, participants agree to abide by these rules. The organiser reserves the right to make changes. The contact information of the participants will only be used for communication regarding the raffle and will not be stored in PI's marketing and communication register.
