The first day of the leading international event for the forest industry was full of great appointments from opening ceremony to after work. One of the highlights of the day was the intense PulPaper conference including latest news from wood-based textiles and packaging solutions.
Tips for PulPaper Day 2 | Wednesday 8 June
PulPaper day 2 will be filled with interesting speeches, competition, panel discussions and finally relaxing party. Remember these:
- The PulPaper Award 2022 competition for Start-ups will start at 10:00. Seven Start-up companies are pitching for a prize of EUR 5,000 funded by the Finnish Fair Foundation. Final will be held at 14:15.
- Dr Johana Kuncova-Kallio will present A journey from wood to a medical device at 12:00 on Future Square.
- Forest industry influencers will discuss innovations in the forest industry and bio-industry. Panel discussion on Future Square at 13:40.
Uusi Puu: Wood bends in many ways at 16:20 on Future Square. The presentation will cover recent innovations in the field of wood-based bioeconomy.
GREEN ECONOMY BUSINESS SUMMIT | 8 JUNE
